We are sorry to hear you are having trouble! Please send us an email to and one of our team will be happy to help out! Please provide as much detail as possible to help us help you quickly.
We hope it isn't major! Unfortunately the Dine Niagara platform provides only the connection between you and the restaurant to place your orders. If you have an issue with an order you should first contact the restaurant (you can find their phone number on your order at My Orders. If your issues remain unresolved, please send us an email to and we will do what we can to help out.
We're here to help! Please keep in mind that Dine Niagara is run primarily by volunteers who are working to support our local restaurants, so please try to contact the restaurant or use our email support for anything that isn't urgent. But if you need to speak to someone right away we're here! Please call us at 289-438-8061 and we are happy to help!

While we have designed Dine Niagara to be very easy to use, we know that we haven't thought of everything! If the initial documents we provided you aren't clear or you need additional help, please start by checking our Wiki and Documentation for using the platform.

It is our hope that with the strong community in Niagara that most order issues can be resolved directly between our restaurant partners and the customer. If you have an issue with a particular order, which might include:

  • Payment issues or tracking.
  • Trouble viewing or displaying an order.
  • Trouble identifying a customer or customer information.
