Customer Issues

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble! Please send us an email to and one of our team will be happy to help out! Please provide as much detail as possible to help us help you quickly.
We hope it isn't major! Unfortunately the Dine Niagara platform provides only the connection between you and the restaurant to place your orders. If you have an issue with an order you should first contact the restaurant (you can find their phone number on your order at My Orders. If your issues remain unresolved, please send us an email to and we will do what we can to help out.

Restaurant Owners

While we have designed Dine Niagara to be very easy to use, we know that we haven't thought of everything! If the initial documents we provided you aren't clear or you need additional help, please start by checking our YouTube tutorials for using the platform.

If you are still having trouble, please contact our team by sending an email to or by calling our office at 289-438-8601.

Our pricing has been set based on the expected level of support that the average restaurant will need to get set up and to run the platform, as well as our ongoing platform hosting costs. Unfortunately that means that we can not manage your setup for you included in that price.

If you do want to have us manage the admin side of your restaurant we are able to provide either one-on-one training or fully managed support to you at additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

It is our hope that with the strong community in Niagara that most order issues can be resolved directly between our restaurant partners and the customer. If you have an issue with a particular order, which might include:
  • Technical issues with the order.
  • Payment issues or tracking.
  • Trouble viewing or displaying an order.
  • Trouble identifying a customer or customer information.
